It’s a great time for re-union. Reunion with the breath in everything, everywhere. Reunion with old acquaintants that haven’t been seen in a long long time, some with whom you may have had a rift, but may not remember what the rift was all about. Some who gained 20 juicy pounds, and some who lost their juicy thighs -:) Reunion with friends who passed away a while ago, without saying good bye. Reunion with a forgotten name, with a new APP, with an old piece of music, with a shirt lost in the closet for over a decade. Reunion with a new bathroom sink, forever waiting to be replaced. Reunion with a loss you wish you never had, and a trauma you thought you’d never heal. Reunion with the breath in the weather that can never be predicted anymore, and the breath in the entangled cord that keeps frustrating you every morning . Re-union with dreams that were shattered, and with life being good after all. Forgiving ignorant comments that hurt, letting go of arrogant reactions that stick like crazy glue, making you feel so right, yet so miserable. Reunion with generosity of spirit and survival. It’s a great time to unite with parts of yourself, that you used to be mad at, critical of, desperate about and impatient with. Self-struggle and sabotage, crazy feelings and weird body parts. It’s time to b r e a z e…. take care of your energy, and renew your vows to trust yourself and love your life. Breathing with more ease, making more space, moving with more grace @ the pace of the breath. And when anxiety and stress get to you, triggering energetic blockage and emotional upset, reach out, don’t act out, accept your disconnect, and have compassion for yourself, taking nothing personally, least of all yourself, lightening up with more calm & more joy, more patience, more fun & much more laughter, because @ the end of the day, you deserve to make peace with yourself & with time, and love all the way, have compassion for your life & open your heart to the breath of now & celebrate…. U R free 2 be love
