Stress can kill intimacy with our loved ones & with ourself. It can turn into anxiety & depression. Distorting our perception, it can rob us of the dignity & joy of being human.
When you follow your breath, you can find a safe & scared place, right-inside-your-breath, of natural Love-of-life, joy & calm, of kindness & compassion, of healing & inspiration. Whenever you feel anxious or oppressed, miserable or depressed, you can access this place, take comfort, get relief & be inspired. But above all, honor it & celebrate it yourself on a daily basis.
Being human you may forget and get stuck. To get clear and unstuck, you can partner your care with the breath and ask it for help. Open your heart. Find your way back to your safe & sacred place, honor your loss & celebrate your life.
