Breath, soul & spirit in English is spirit-spiritual-inspired. In Hebrew Ruach, Neshama, Neshima. (רוח-נשמה-נשימה). In Arabic “Rouhi- al-Rūḥ-rouh” (روح). You will also find that it has many other meanings that come as a result of breathing deeply and being spiritual, such as relaxation, happiness, relief, livelihood, sustenance, inspiration, strength, etc. Nothing is more important than our Being, (“To be or not to be – that is the question” said Shakespeare.) The most important conversation in today’s stress driven world still is: “How can we re-member the soul, and integrate into in all the aspects of our life?”. On a more practical level – “How can I practice daily connecting to the breath & re-membering my soul?”. If you make it a priority, I will help you, support you and supervise you in developing and refining your daily practice.
