You are here: / / Healing the loss of your soul
“It was no accident that you came yesterday and we spoke about your ‘commitment issue’, while ‘streaming music & breathing meditations’ were playing in the background. I got that you ‘loose yourself’ and ‘feel lost’ when you get real close in an intimate relationships, and your partner feels abandoned by you. I think that it’s kicking your ass in all relationships, because it is primarily an issue of you abandoning your self. (In your history with intimacy & commitment, particularly with your parents divorce you felt abandoned, and learned intern to abandon yourself). When I felt lost and abandoned as a kid, I would go for music to south & heal me and give me back my lost self. As a healer I discovered over the years that it’s part of the human condition. We all have some issue with intimacy and with abandoning ourselves. We are lost souls who came here to find the lost part of our soul, and there is no work more honorable and more noble than finding our lost souls. I was in Iceland last year and felt for the first time as I was sitting in the Blue Lagoon alone-and-all-one. What an amazing feeling that was, to no longer need someone to complete me, but rather to complement me. I feel that this work needs to be practiced on a daily basis. It needs to be made a priority – especially for those who suffer from anxiety & depression & the unbearable pain of feeling disconnected & lost. I have no doubt that Robin Williams killed himself for that reason. I’d like for the streaming music & breathing meditations, to be a 24 hour reminder, a safe and sacred place for people to connect to the pace of the breath in music and movement, and heal the lost part of their soul. The breath is the ultimate healer of the disconnect & loss of the soul. We just need to-pay-attention, open-our-hearts, connect-2-the-pace-of-the-breath-in-music & movement, and breathe-as-one-with-our-loss (disconnect). I invite you to practice daily connecting & finding the lost part of your soul and help develop the ’24-hour-streaming-music-breath & meditation-radio-sanctuary’. I offer my experience, energy, creativity & supervision.”
