Reclaiming Your Self is aligning your attention with your intention. Loving all the way and being whole. I was told something about friend A. by friend B. Something she said could be potentially harmful. But to me it sounded like gossip and I wasn’t sure what was her intention. When I met friend B, I was wondering if to mention it to him, and was going back & forth in my mind thinking about it. Then, I asked myself what was my intention, and as soon as I asked myself that question I got – “peace”. I followed my breath, paying loving, kind & compassionate attention to my thoughts & feelings, and reclaimed my peace. When I met friend B, there was no doubt that my intention & my attention where aligned. I reclaimed my Self.
