One of the most amazing things about being human, is the ability we have to be @ ease with ourselves on the inside, regardless of outside circumstances. When I think about some conditions & circumstances people have to endure, and how they get through it – is nothing short of miraculous. But, there is something amazing about the human ability to overcome the most challenging life catastrophes.
Even when you feel ill @ ease, and your operating system is fueled by fear, stress & anxiety, and you’re feeling miserable & oppressed, you can do something inside, and upgrade your operating system to Joy, oxygen & ease. You can raise your MOJOE, and influence what’s happening outside, by taking care of yourself inside. How powerful is that? How quantum cool? That’s what the b r e a z e is all about. Starting your day by paying attention to your being @ ease. Paying attention to being @ ease all through the day. Being @ ease when you go to sleep. Being the artist of your life.
The five steps 2 feel @ ease
1. Shake and awake like a hummingbird – Connect to your breath.
2. Flow like a river and let go – Move at the Pace of the breath.
3. Stand like a tree – Open your heart and make space.
4. Walk like an elephant with grace – grounded, connect to the breath in the earth.
5. Dance like a b_r_e_a_z_eand celebrate – Discover your confidence – be one breath.

3. Making some space…. Breathe in kindness…. Breathe out compassion… Stand like a tree & open your heart, let go of the struggle in your breath… soften the grip in the tight places in your body
4. Aligning your steps with the pulsation in your heart, Walk like an elephant with grace…. Follow your joy & peaceful pace… Ground & connect 2 the breath in the earth.. become one with the breath…
5. Being one with the breath, celebrate your life, and dance like a b r e a z e ~ with confidence & ease…. you are love
