4. Connect 2 the breath in the earth and be breathed…. Have compassion 4 your struggles… allow the big breath to wash & clear your heart of negative feelings, worry, frustration, misery & oppression… Walk like an elephant with grace.
5. Share good energy joy, oxygen, gratitude & ease with sisters & brothers & others… Dance like a breeze & celebrate your life now.
