Welcome HU-BE (beloved human being), I’m Samuel Jakob Kirschner, voice of The BREAZE.
I have been practicing restorative breathing & natural movement, music & meditation for healing, for four decades. I have been working with people with AIDS, cancer, schizophrenia and depression & people who are dealing with identity issues and catastrophic events for the past three decades. I recently worked in South Sudan with people who have experienced genocide and severe PTSD, and I witnessed their joy & transformation as they were dancing & celebrating their challenged & sacred lives. Although I was born in a DP refugee camp six decades ago, I continue to work daily on healing my PTSD by following the breath & opening my heart, celebrating life & loving all the way. I follow the model that “We teach what we learn, and we learn what we teach”.
You can become a HU-BE & teacher of the five steps of The BREAZE, and bring it to your community. Feel invigorated and inspired in celebrating your life, as you practice following your MOJOE – transforming misery & oppression to joy, oxygen & ease.
