Today, I’m on my way to Kripalu for an evening presentation. There are so many details to pay attention to, and things not to gorget. I have already checked my todo list, and have plenty extra time to prepare. The most important thing to me these days is to stay clam & joyful no matter what’s happening. And if I get hijacked out of my clam-joy state, which of course happens daily, I wonder how soon can I get back to that state, and that’s what The BREAZE practice is about. I have come to believe that nothing is worth stressing and getting ugly over. It’s simply an excuse to get your way – which is not even your chosen way, it’s just an addiction to getting in your way – so get out of the way -:) I believe that its just a matter of time, and we can’t but realize that the ‘how’ is way more important than the ‘what’. How calm & joyful am I going to get to Kripalu today will determine how good my presentation will be, rather than how hard am I going to stress & worrying about it. And that is true about everything – traffic included. How beautiful can you feel in the process rather than how ugly will you get to get there, and then arrive exhausted, anxious & overwhelmed. I’ve always loved the song “God don’t like ugly”. Check it out, and have a day filled with joy, oxygen & ease.
