In Hebrew there is a saying – “She-ar Ru-ach” – (שאר רוח) extra spirit. These days, “She-ar Ru-ach” doesn’t seem to be on most people’s to do list. But I have come to cherish She-ar Ru-ach as an essential energy to thriving. That’s why I so believe in sacred celebration as a way of life. Making the time daily to celebrate your life & hold it as sacred, feeds your soul and gives you extra-spirit, not to be confused with self indulgence and addictive behaviors. How do you know what feeds your soul? The indication is a sense of joy, oxygen & ease. A gratitude to being alive and a lightness of being. A positive, kind, creative & gracious energy, that’s loving & healing.
It’s comes handy particularly when you’re e solving issues and dealing with problems. When you have “she-ar ru-ach”, even grieving a loss can be experienced with more joy & ease.
The key is connecting to the frequency of love and letting go of fear. Following the breath & letting go of stress. How? There are many ways.
