Of course it helps when at some point in your life, your suffering has become unbearable…. and you wake up 2 the realization, that perhaps some of your suffering is self-imposed…. and that you have some choice in the matter…. the choice to face & embrace your suffering, because you’re human, and that everything about the human experience is forgeable and deserving of compassion including your struggle with yourSelf… because it’s learned, it’s habitual, it’s an addiction you’re powerless of…. until you sincerely tell the truth about it… and are willing to turn it over 2 your higher power, (mine is The Breath) and ask 4 help 2 love & embrace your struggle & breathe~love-in-2-it….and allow Love 2 love-your-struggle, your insecurity, your shame, your self-loathing —- all-the-way -:)….. Then, ‘living in a sacred manner & in celebration’ is natural. You are the one you have been waiting for.
