In today’s world of the 21st century, we’re all refugees. We were either born as refugees, displaced from our country of origin, or we’re looking for shelter from modern time holocausts, and for safety from religiously based genocide & ethnic cleansing. We’re seeking refuge from unbearable loss, stress & PTSD. Refuge from worries & anxiety of separation & uncertainty. We’re refugees of climate change & terrorism. Refugees of the impending doom of economical collapse, and the collapse of the American dream. We are refugees of technology & of a world gone mad with ignorance & hatred based on race, religion, sexual orientation, mental illness & age. Refugees of child abuse, addiction, dysfunctional families & depression. We’re refugees of self-alienation, self-abandonment & self hatred. More people are now falling between the cracks of systems that were made for the well being of all, but somehow exclude you & me. We are refugees of greed & of the fear of dying miserable, homeless & alone. Refugees of not belonging 2 the world, 2 life, and 2 our Self.
To all refugees of the world, I’d like to offer a message of hope, of love & of strength.
Deep in your heart & right inside your breath, there is a place you can call home, that
no one can ever take away from you. It’s your real home of bliss, of belonging 2 your life
& 2 yourself. You can temporarily lose it, but you can find it again & again & again…
moment by moment… breath by breath…
Find inner-refuge… Breathe with ease…. Follow your bliss….
