In what can we trust, at times of chaos, uncertainty and great distress?
I have a feeling that many people are dealing with this issue right now, and are on edge as a result of the last elections. There is an expectation that things should get better all the time, especially when it comes to human rights, and to being more civilized, kinder & more compassionate. It’s hard to be a sensitive person and not get scared by the hateful rhetorics that have been used in this last election process & the ugliness of it, especially if you are part of a minority and have memories of trauma & oppression. I think that it’s OK to protest and express feelings and make your voice heard. Thank God, we can do that and not just sit there and take it quietly and be scared of the repercussions, that people feel in undemocratic societies. But at the end of the day, you need to take care of yourself, and hopefully you have the skills to do that. Because you have immense inner power & breath~intelligence, and are capable of dealing with challenges by staying connected to the breath and have a living & loving relationship with your life force. You can learn to breathe-love in 2 your challenges – all of them, before taking any steps or make any changes. You can be supported and empowered by the breath, and I will offer these skills of support & empowerment on Sunday the 27th of November, from 3:00 – 6:00PM, at 148 East 28 Street, NY NY 10016, and you can join on SKYPE as well.
