Moving Through Loss, Grief & Life Challenging Situations
Attention is our greatest power. It’s our inner-GPS. What we focus attention on and how becomes our reality. We need attention to get things done, to maintain our well being, to plan our lives, to survive and thrive. Attention is the basis of meditation. (In Hebrew attention means ‘placing your heart’ – לשים לב). Your attention creates your energy – positive, negative, clear. Paying-loving-attention to a problem, can transform it to loving-all-the-way. For many attention is mixed with anxiety, as love is mixed with fear. In these days of growing distractions and cultural ADD, it’s particularly relevant to learn to pay-loving-attention on what’s most precious and important to you. To the extent that you are able to focus loving attention on your own life, you are be able to focus loving attention on your children, your loved ones and your work. Partnering your attention with the breath, helps you find a safe & sacred place inside, of calm, joy & clarity.
